What if we need to get out?
You will always have a way to contact one of our escape experts and in the case of an emergency they are trained to assist in every way possible.
Is there an age limit?
Our age limit is 8 and older. Babies and toddlers are not able to come into the rooms, for their own safety. Haunted Asylum can be frightening to some but the other rooms are meant to give you a rather “creepy” experience. Players ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult, and players 13 -16 must have written consent from parents or a guardian.
What time should we show up?
We recommend you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before your start time to remove outer clothing, get comfortable, be properly briefed and ready to go. If it is raining or muddy out, you will be asked to remove your shoes, you are more than welcome to wear socks or bring indoor footwear.
What happens if I/we show up late?
We understand unexpected things can happen. At Deadlock, we will do our best to get you in and playing in a hurry if you are late,but as we only have a 15 minute window to reset everything for the next group, we may have to start your timer early!! If some members of your group are on time, we will start with them and get you in as soon as you arrive and they can catch you up.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are refundable up to 24 hours before your event.
How long does the game go for?
At Deadlock Escape all rooms are 60 minutes long!
How can I book?
Simply click on ESCAPE ROOMS at the top of the page and you will be directed to a discription of the rooms. Choose the one you want to play and click the BOOK NOW button beside the room, there you will be given a choice to select the number of players and the date and time you want to play at. You can checkout online using Paypal, or call our staff at 306 979 5625 and they can book you in with a 50$ deposit per room.
Can I bring in my phone or video equipment to film me and my friends reaction?
Sorry no. We use some pretty strong magnets in the room, that can actually damage your cell phone, or erase the tap fucnction from your debit and credit cards, so it's best to lock up your belongings in the lockers provided.
